This is a regular FREE introduction to Extra-Dependent Teams.  It will give you bite-sized insights into the distinction between groups, interdependent teams and Extra-Dependent Teams. 

We'll explore a case study organisation to find out where the teams are, how they are different, and why that matters for leaders, team members and for team coaches and consultants.  

There will be lots of interaction during the two hours, so make sure you're not distracted and you're able to fully participate.
